Booking information
Keep the booking ID or PNR, route, date, boarding point, passenger count, amount, payment reference and the terms shown at the time of payment.
Contact attempts
Record call dates, email timestamps, message screenshots and ticket numbers. Summarise calls in writing soon after they happen.
Refund evidence
If a refund was promised, preserve the promised amount, date, method and expected processing time. Check your statement before claiming that a refund was not received.
Privacy first
Never publish OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full bank account or card numbers, Aadhaar numbers, signatures or private addresses.
